The ASCEND program supports executives and experts in transitioning into a new role, internally or externally.
The ASCEND program consists out of:
- Objective setting. shaping your identity & narrative, developing search strategies, transitioning & onboarding
- The renowned Hogan Assessment, identifying your strengths and development areas
- In total 20 sessions of 60 minutes each, ideally twice a month over the course of 6 months
- Progress tracking and measuring competencies
The proven approach includes:
- Strengths & development inventory
- Profiling & branding
- Identifying options
- CV & LinkedIn optimisation
- Search strategies
- Networking identification
- Target setting
- Interview preparation
- Transitioning & onboarding
The sessions take place via video calls, unless agreed otherwise (additional costs may apply)
