The ASCEND program supports executives and experts in transitioning into a new role, internally or externally.

The ASCEND program consists out of:

  • Objective setting. shaping your identity & narrative, developing search strategies, transitioning & onboarding
  • The renowned Hogan Assessment, identifying your strengths and development areas
  • In total 20 sessions of 60 minutes each, ideally twice a month over the course of 6 months
  • Progress tracking and measuring competencies
