EMPOWER: first time leaders

The EMPOWER program is ideal for first time leaders regardless of expertise levels, who are leading a team for the first time and who are expected to generate top performance.

The EMPOWER program is fully supported by our PROGREZR Dashboard, the end-to-end online coaching suite for session notes, actions & progress tracking and document storage.

The EMPOWER program consists out of:

• Objective setting (usually together with your line manager)
• The renowned Hogan Leadership Forecast assessment, identifying your strengths and development areas
• In total 8 sessions of 90 minutes each, ideally twice a month over the course of 6 months
• Progress tracking and measuring achievements

Common topics include:

• Leadership style
• Team impact
• Effective operational leadership (1-on-1s, team meetings, annual appraisals)
• Stakeholder management
• Corporate navigation

The sessions take place via video calls, unless agreed otherwise (additional costs may apply)
