Leadership coaching & development introduction call

Before the actual intake and coaching process starts, the potential coachee and coach will engage in an introduction call.

  • The objective is to assess your needs and determine if the coach can offer you the value you are looking for
  • We will go through the executive coaching process, along the following slides: click here
  • The (video) call usually takes 45-60 minutes

In case we want to proceed, you will receive a program proposal. This is not a contract, but just an overview of the topics we discussed during the call, as well as projection of the costs.

When you agree with the proposal (please note: there will not be a contract, because you are free to stop at anytime), we plan an intake session, in which we will take 2 hours to go deeper into understanding your expectations, personal and professional situation and objectives.
