The Leadership Forecast report by Hogan evaluates an executive’s behavior in normal, work-related situations based on the HPI (Hogan Personality Inventory), the HDS (Hogan Development Survey), and MVPI (Motives, Values, Preferences Inventory) online assessment. 

Step 1: Ordering the assessment

  • Select your date + 1 hour feedback session time below
  • Allow yourself enough time to do the online assessment (45 min) prior to the booked feedback session
  • Order the Hogan Assessment package (HPI+ HDS + MVPI)
  • After submitting your order, you will receive the access to the online test key within 1 working day 

Step 2: Taking the online test

  • Choose out of 30+ languages
  • Test duration is 45 minutes
  • Answer statements true/false

Step 3: Feedback session

  • Once the +/- 50 pages detailed report is ready, we set up a meeting for our (video) call
  • We need  1 hour for the feedback session via (video) call
